Summary

This study tested whether a type of group therapy called psychodrama could improve psychological well-being, self-esteem, empathy, and self-compassion in nursing students. Forty students were randomly assigned to either attend 10 psychodrama sessions or receive no extra support. Researchers measured changes using questionnaires before, after, and two months later to see if any benefits lasted.
