First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-session psychodrama program (a type of guided role-play) could improve psychological well-being, self-esteem, empathy, and self-compassion in 40 nursing students in Turkey. Half the students took part in the drama sessions twice a week, while the other half received no extra support. Researchers measured changes using questionnaires before, after, and two months later. The goal was to see if this creative group activity helps students feel better and connect more with others.
