Summary
This study tested whether people with diabetic foot ulcers can change their own dressings as effectively as having a nurse do it. 60 adults with mild to moderate ulcers were included. Researchers tracked healing time, infection rates, and pain levels to see if self-dressing is a safe and effective option.
