Summary
This study tests whether a short, four-session psychotherapy program can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce their drinking. The therapy focuses on how people see themselves and their memories related to drinking. 60 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the therapy or standard care, and their progress will be tracked for six months.
