Summary

This study follows people who took part in the SELECT obesity trial to see how their health changes over the next 10 years. No new medicine is given; participants simply fill out a health questionnaire every 6 months. The goal is to learn about long-term effects on weight, heart problems, diabetes, cancer, and quality of life.
