Could seizure changes warn doctors about brain tumor growth before scans?

NCT ID NCT04553757

Summary

This study aims to understand if changes in seizure frequency can serve as an early warning sign for brain tumor progression in patients with low-grade gliomas. Researchers will track 100 adult patients who have seizures related to their brain tumors and are receiving treatment. By comparing seizure survey results with regular MRI scans, they hope to determine if seizure patterns can help doctors detect tumor changes sooner and adjust care more quickly.
