Head injury study tests which seizure drug causes less agitation

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common seizure-prevention medicines works better for adults with a serious traumatic brain injury. It will enroll 600 patients to see if one drug leads to fewer seizures and less agitation or behavioral problems than the other. The goal is to help doctors choose the best medication to control seizures while minimizing side effects during recovery.
