Summary

This study compares two sedative drugs, dexmedetomidine and ketamine, given through a vein to help men relax during varicocelectomy surgery performed under spinal anesthesia. The goal is to see which drug provides better sedation and fewer side effects. Fifty-eight male patients aged 18 to 40 will take part.
