Sedative showdown: dexmedetomidine vs ketamine for varicocele surgery
Symptom relief Not yet recruitingThis study compares two sedative drugs, dexmedetomidine and ketamine, given before spinal anesthesia for varicocele surgery. The goal is to see which one provides better sedation and fewer side effects. The trial will involve 58 men aged 18 to 40.
