Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common sedative drugs works better for keeping men comfortable and stable during a minor surgical procedure to treat varicoceles. Researchers will compare dexmedetomidine and ketamine in about 58 healthy male patients who are having the surgery under spinal anesthesia. The main goal is to see which drug provides better sedation with fewer side effects on heart rate and blood pressure.
