Summary
This study tests whether using a brain monitor (BIS) helps patients on breathing machines wake up faster and use less sedation medicine. Researchers will compare 30 ICU patients who get the brain monitor to those who don't. The goal is to see if this monitoring shortens time on the ventilator and reduces ICU stays.
