Summary
This study tested whether a combination of improved HIV prevention and treatment tools, delivered through a community health program, could lower the rate of new HIV infections. Over 80,000 people aged 15 and older in East Africa took part. The approach focused on reaching everyone in the community with tailored care and prevention options.
