Summary
This study tests whether a special skin care routine can prevent food allergies in infants who develop eczema by 12 weeks old. About 400 babies will use a barrier cream and an anti-inflammatory cream twice daily, compared to standard care. The goal is to see if this proactive approach reduces eczema and stops the allergic march toward food allergies.
