Summary

This study tests a new medicine, SCTC21C, in 159 adults with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a chronic autoimmune disease. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce lupus symptoms. Participants must be on stable standard treatments and will receive the study drug in addition to their usual care.
