NCT ID NCT06192745

First seen Jun 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how using a tablet in the evening affects children's sleep, mood, and thinking skills. Researchers want to separate the effects of the screen's light from the effects of exciting content. About 220 children ages 8 to 11 will take part, wearing a watch to track sleep and answering questions about how they feel.
