Summary
This study looks at two ways to treat a specific type of neck fracture (odontoid fracture) in people aged 70 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to either surgery or wearing a rigid neck collar. The goal is to see which treatment helps them recover better in daily activities, pain, and quality of life over 12 weeks and 6 months.
