Summary

This study looked at whether a combination of scoliosis-specific exercises and strength training for arms and legs could improve muscle thickness, flexibility, and lung function in teens with mild scoliosis. Twenty-four adolescents aged 12 to 18 with a spinal curve between 10 and 25 degrees took part. The results may help guide future exercise programs for scoliosis.
