ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Mayo Clinic Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study aims to understand how treatment for scoliosis affects a young person's daily activity and back muscles. Researchers will track movement with wearable monitors and measure muscle stiffness with a special ultrasound in 200 teens before and after they receive a brace or surgery. The goal is to gather knowledge about the condition and its treatments, not to test a new cure.
