First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether scleral lenses treated with a special coating called Hydra-PEG can improve comfort and reduce dryness in people with dry eye. 46 participants wore two types of lenses over several weeks and rated their comfort on a scale. The goal was to see if the coated lenses feel better than standard ones.
