Summary
This study investigates whether watching educational science videos can influence people's beliefs about psychological therapy for anxiety. Researchers are testing two different types of educational content with 300 adults who experience anxiety. Participants watch videos for 30 minutes and then complete surveys about their confidence in therapy and their expectations for its success.
