Summary

This study tests two experimental cancer vaccines, SCIB1 and iSCIB1+, given alongside standard immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab with ipilimumab or pembrolizumab) for people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if adding the vaccines is safe and can improve how well the standard treatments work. About 173 participants will take part in this phase 2 trial.
