Schools test new sleep programs to help tired teens

NCT ID NCT07213908

Summary

This study is testing two different school-based programs designed to help teenagers sleep better. Researchers will compare a standard sleep education program against a more personalized, stepped-care approach to see which one improves sleep quality more effectively. The study involves 1,320 students aged 12-18 who report having sleep problems, and will track their sleep, mental health, and school performance for up to a year after the programs.
