Summary
This study tested a school-based program to help teens reduce excessive video gaming and improve sleep. 110 students aged 10-14, identified as high-risk for gaming problems, participated. One school received a 4-week classroom program teaching goal-setting, impulse control, and time management, while the other school continued normal activities.
