Summary
This is a small pilot study to test if a new school-based support program is practical and helpful for children with type 1 diabetes. The program connects school nurses, families, and diabetes specialists through virtual meetings to create a shared care plan. The main goal is to see if this collaborative approach is feasible and acceptable for managing diabetes at school.
