First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether having children eat only during a 12-hour window at school can help prevent and manage obesity. About 1,380 children will take part, with some schools following the time-restricted eating plan and others receiving standard health education. After 9 months, researchers will compare weight changes and obesity rates between the two groups.
