Summary
This study is testing whether combining two types of therapy can help older adults with schizophrenia improve their daily functioning. The program blends cognitive-behavioral social skills training with computerized brain exercises designed to boost thinking skills. Researchers are working with 49 participants aged 60+ to see if this approach helps people perform better with everyday tasks like managing money, maintaining hygiene, and socializing.
