Summary

This large international study aims to understand and predict the future for young people at clinical high risk for psychosis. Researchers are collecting detailed information from nearly 2,000 at-risk participants and 640 healthy volunteers over two years to develop prediction tools. The goal is to create algorithms that can forecast whether someone is likely to recover, develop a psychotic episode, or experience ongoing symptoms, which could help guide future care.
