Summary
This study tests whether adding specific shoulder and posture exercises to standard lymphedema treatment can improve arm function, muscle strength, and posture in women who developed arm swelling after breast cancer surgery. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus a supervised exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in arm function, posture, and muscle strength right after treatment and again two months later.
