First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether gentle shoulder exercises and stretches can reduce pain and improve arm movement in women who had a specific type of breast reconstruction (latissimus dorsi flap). Thirty-six women aged 40 to 55 with shoulder problems after surgery will be assigned to receive either the exercise program or standard care. The goal is to see if these techniques help them use their arm more easily in daily life.
