First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining two types of exercises—motor control retraining and scapular stabilization—can reduce pain, improve strength, and help daily function in breastfeeding women who have shoulder blade movement issues (scapular dyskinesia). About 34 participants who are at least 3 months postpartum and have shoulder or upper back pain during or after breastfeeding will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this exercise approach provides meaningful relief.
