First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how to best roll out a brief alcohol counseling program (BAI) in HIV clinics across Vietnam. The goal is to reduce unhealthy drinking, which can lead to risky behaviors and HIV spread. Over 3,200 people living with HIV and clinic staff are taking part. One group gets extra training where staff try the program themselves to see if it improves delivery and patient outcomes.
