This study looked at two ways to increase COVID-19 testing among patients at community health centers in Utah. Over 44,000 adults took part. One group got text messages reminding them to get tested. The other group got texts plus a personal navigator to help with logistics. The goal was to see which method worked better and to learn how to make testing easier for everyone.
