Summary

This pilot study at Mayo Clinic will test whether people with spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) feel more comfortable talking to an AI avatar or a human clinician before their appointment. About 150 patients will interact with the avatar and then rate their satisfaction. The goal is to see if avatars can improve the pre-visit experience.
