First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining targeted radiation (SBRT) with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) can help people whose rectal cancer has returned and cannot be surgically removed. About 31 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer will receive the treatment and be followed for at least 2 years. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival and is safe.
