Zapping every tumor: can targeted radiation buy more time for patients with limited spread cancer?

Summary
This study is for people with breast or lung cancer that has spread to 1 to 5 spots in the body. It tests whether giving a special, high-dose radiation treatment (SBRT) to all those spots, along with standard care, can keep the cancer from getting worse longer than standard care alone. About 145 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy or standard therapy plus SBRT.
