New pill combo aims to tame tough leukemia without chemo

Summary

This study tests a new all-oral combination of three drugs (SNDX-5613, decitabine/cedazuridine, and venetoclax) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who cannot have strong chemotherapy or whose cancer has returned. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo can control the disease. About 43 participants aged 12 and older will take part.
