Summary
This study is testing if eating special protein and fiber bars helps people lose weight and improve their joint and heart health. 144 adults with overweight or obesity will follow a low-calorie diet for 12 weeks, with some groups adding these bars to their meals. Researchers will measure weight, body composition, blood markers, and joint comfort to see if the bars make a difference.
