Summary
This study aimed to understand how common and severe muscle loss (sarcopenia) is in men aged 70 and older who are being treated for prostate cancer. Researchers observed 112 patients who were receiving radiation along with hormone-blocking therapy. The goal was to learn more about the link between cancer treatments and muscle weakening in older adults.
