New drug duo aims to halt rare, aggressive cancers

Summary

This study aims to see if a combination of two drugs, zanzalintinib and pembrolizumab, can help control the growth of certain advanced or spreading soft-tissue sarcomas. It will enroll about 20 adults with specific sarcoma subtypes who have not had certain prior treatments. The main goals are to see how long the cancer stays under control and to monitor side effects.
