Summary

This study tested a new medication called SAR442168 in 130 adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis. The goal was to find the best dose to reduce new active brain lesions seen on MRI scans. Participants received the drug or a placebo for 12 to 16 weeks, and researchers measured changes in brain lesions and overall disease activity.
