This study is observing 130 adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are scheduled to receive CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers want to see if having low muscle mass (sarcopenia) affects how well the treatment works or causes more side effects. The goal is to learn whether simple muscle assessments can help predict outcomes, but this study does not test a new treatment.
