NCT ID NCT05050461
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at how the COVID-19 vaccine triggers an immune response in adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, especially those recently treated with anti-CD20 drugs. Researchers compared antibody and T-cell levels between patients who had anti-CD20 therapy in the past year and those who did not. The goal was to understand if these treatments weaken vaccine protection. The study was terminated early, but it aimed to help guide future vaccine and treatment recommendations for this vulnerable group.
