New liquid biopsy could spot hidden brain lymphoma

Summary
This study looks at whether a liquid biopsy (a simple test that checks for cancer DNA in spinal fluid) can better detect and monitor brain involvement in people with high-risk B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Researchers will compare this new method to standard tests in 64 newly diagnosed patients. If successful, it could help doctors decide who needs stronger treatment to prevent or manage lymphoma in the brain.
