New radiation approach aims to control returning prostate cancer without lifelong drugs

Summary
This study compares a targeted radiation treatment (SBRT) to standard care for men whose prostate cancer returns after surgery. About 284 participants will receive either SBRT or usual treatments to see which better controls the cancer and reduces side effects. The goal is to manage the disease without needing ongoing medication.
