Summary
This research study aims to understand if eating more salt worsens gut inflammation and symptoms in people with Crohn's disease. It will follow 300 participants for two years, closely tracking their diet, especially salt intake, and measuring markers of gut health. The goal is to gather evidence that could lead to better, personalized dietary advice for managing the condition.
