NCT ID NCT07447063

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether lowering salt in your diet can make eczema less severe. Forty adults with eczema will eat a low-salt diet for 24 weeks. For 5 weeks they'll take salt pills, and for another 5 weeks they'll take placebo pills, to see the real effect of sodium. Researchers will measure eczema severity and skin sodium levels using MRI.
