Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement made from salicornia extract and B vitamins can slow down memory and thinking problems in people who have had a lacunar stroke. About 300 participants will take the supplement or receive standard care for six months. Researchers will measure changes in walking ability, cognitive tests, and blood markers to see if the supplement helps.
