First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested two different devices for delivering the asthma rescue drug salbutamol: a standard inhaler with a spacer and a newer vibrating mesh nebulizer. 16 adults with asthma took part. Researchers measured how quickly and completely their lungs recovered after a controlled airway narrowing. The goal was to see if one device works better or faster.
