Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new drug called SAL0140 in 50 adults with primary aldosteronism, a condition where the adrenal glands make too much aldosterone, causing high blood pressure. Participants will receive either SAL0140 or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it safely lowers blood pressure. The study is not yet recruiting.
