Summary

This study tested whether a traditional Chinese medicine capsule called SaiLuoTong could help people with mild to moderate vascular dementia. Nearly 500 participants took either the capsule or a placebo for a full year. Researchers measured changes in memory, thinking, and daily living skills to see if the treatment was effective and safe.
