Summary

This study tested the safety and side effects of an investigational drug called SAGE-718 in people with early memory problems or mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. It involved 26 participants and also looked at whether the drug had any effects on their thinking skills and mood. The main goal was to see if the drug was safe and well-tolerated before larger studies could be done.
